For the most part of high school Catalina didn't know what she wanted to do after graduating. Heck, she even had hard time figuring it out even in the last year. She had always been keen on computers and art, so she chose to study web programming and design. After two years she realized this was not quite her calling, but there was only one year left to go, so she finished her studies and got the diploma.During her last year of college she got an okay job as a designer at a t-shirt printing company. It was interesting and it sure was a new experience, but it wasn't quite what she wanted to do, but it paid the bills and it was all that mattered at that time. But with her little sister developing her drawing skills and buying her a tablet for doing digital art, Catalina became interested in it too. She had always been into drawing as a hobby, but she then started to draw more after work, made digital illustrations out of her traditional drawings, even some animations and it really stuck.

She is as pretty as a picture but has the mouth of a sailor. Ivy keeps her it in check when working, she keeps everything professional, but everywhere else she can surprise with some cursing. Ivy grew up with three older brothers and her dad. Scraped knees and bruises were a regular thing, she was just as active as her brothers, but around middle school, her creativity appeared. It started as drawings, and later it turned into photography (taking dad's camera without his knowledge and using all of the film to take photos). When she got her first digital camera Ivy started to make videos of everything and edit them into home movies. Growing up Ezra had everything he wanted, his mother is a well known socialite from the highest elite and his father is an owner of a brokerage firm, they could easily get their son everything he wanted. He was a snobbish kid. During high school he fell in love with a girl, who wasn't from the upper class, she was far from it - living in the wrong side of New York, in a small apartment with her two younger sisters and mother. The owner was an old man, who was in need of help.

Estrid was in a need of a job, and one thing led to another, the old man took a liking to her, saying she reminded him a lot of his own daughter he once had, and he hired her.Years passed, with Estrid’s help the tavern started to thrive, and the old man took her under his wing. Unfortunately not many years later the old man’s clock stopped ticking. To Estrid’s surprise, he left his tavern to her. Only later she found out he had no blood relatives to leave it to. So she became the over of The Flask and Sword. It wasn’t easy to run it on her own, she did struggle the first few months, but she got more help and things picked up. Estrid had never been a quitter. Besides, owning and working in a tavern in Elysia could help with locating her brother.The tavern now is known for good food, always cold drinks, occasional bard performances and welcoming staff. But that’s no it. There is more to it than meets the eye. It isn’t mentioned anywhere publicly. Hell, she will laugh and even deny it if asked, but there are whispers - if you need a safe place to stay, if you need to hide from someone bad in your life, if you need a roof over your head for the night or if you have nothing at all and you are completely alone and at the lowest point in your life, Estrid will help. Darius was born in a family of a buther and a seamstress. Initially his father used to be a knight for nearly two decades and Darius grew up looking up to his father, but after sustaining a leg injury he had to retire. That made him leave tha army and return home to care for his mother and siblings. The Godfrey family went through a tough time. Darius joined a mercenary guild, did some jobs here and there, brought home gold, stayed there for a while, helped out at home, then left again to earn more gold. That strained his relationship with his brother. While they were growing up his brother looked up to Darius, always wanted to be like him - big ang strong, and with a king heart. But after their father's passing Darius was never home and his brother felt alone. When he was a child, Viggo was very curious, wanted to see and touch things and to know how they worked. Over the years the curiosity remained, but he grew up to be nothing but trouble. His father was the head of the city guards and he hung out a lot with other guards, got to know them and their habits. To be honest, Viggo was a shithead. He and his group of friends always did something they shouldn’t, they barely got out of trouble (just because he knew how guards worked and where they would be at certain parts of day, although there were times when they didn’t get so lucky) and they generally were big nuisances. It worsened when he found out what his magical gift was. He could now mess with people - take their senses away and have fun watching them struggle, which didn’t sit well with his parents once they got a wind of what their son was doing.He was sent to the academy of magic and his parents hoped he might get talked some sense and obedience into him there, because whatever his parents did Viggo resisted. For the most part Viggo was a problem child there too, but eventually he turned his focus more on learning than being a pain in everyone’s asses.Unfortunately Viggo was still a shithead even after his teachers tried so hard to teach him patience and obedience. So his parents decided it would be good for him to serve one year in the King’s army. This finally did the trick and quickly this entitled manchild got knocked off his high horse. Nobody

babysat him and there were no slaps on the wrist when he did something out of line, he got punished and that got some sense into him. From then on he was standing taller, walking faster, pushing harder and discovering strength he never knew he had. Viggo didn’t know the definition of quitting anymore, it simply didn’t exist in his vocabulary. Going through basic training made him feel unstoppable and it showed him a whole new way to look at life. That year went by quickly, but one thing never changed - deep down he still remained that same little shithead he was before, but he now knew the line where playful teasing turned into bullying and he knew not to cross it.After that one year was over Viggo decided to stay. He actually enjoyed his time there, he was grateful for all the lessons he learned over time and for opening his eyes and making him a better man. They were happy together.But all good things must come to an end sooner or later. One night he came home late from work, and the front door was slightly ajar. It was not supposed to be like that. He ran in and found both his wife and daughter murdered by, what looked like a vicious animal. It was strange though - they both seemed to be missing a lot of blood, but there was not that much blood on the floor. Blinded by pain, sadness, and anger Aristeo tried looking for answers, and he found them in the form of old tales about vampires, who came around once every ten years. might know a thing or two about vampires, which eventually lead him to meeting a vampire face to face. This vampire was not the one, who killed his family, but he knew the one, who did it. Knowing he would not stand a chance against his family’s killer if he was a human, Aristeo asked to be turned, and in return he promised to work for him until his sire would decide the debt was paid. The vampire agreed and turned Aristeo.He was trained, taught the new skills of a vampire, and, driven by revenge, he went after his family’s killer. Aristeo found him, tortured him for what he had done to his family and ended the killer’s life. It didn’t give Aristeo the relief he hoped to get, the anger and pain was still there. Defeated he returned to his sire to keep his end of the deal.For more than thirty years he never left his sire’s side. living in the shadows, Aristeo lead a criminal life since his sire was not an honest man. Those were dark years. Until his sire got hunted down by a group of mages, who wanted to get a revenge on him for using their town as a food source or turning their loved ones into vampires for his own pleasure. It was a secluded town far from other ones, he made sure no word got out and nobody would miss the people there. But he thought wrong. Once his sire was killed, Aristeo was free. He roamed the lands until a vampire from Navarre clan found him. They had heard about his sire and they were hesitant to take Aristeo in. He was done living this life, Aristeo wanted some peace and quiet for a change, no criminal activity, he wanted to do honest work and turn his life around. Since his love for blacksmith work hadn’t faded, Aristeo did that as a community work - no pay and being watched carefully and for a few years he wasn’t allowed to leave the clan grounds. Once his punishment was over, he didn’t leave blacksmith work, he kept on doing it for many years. It helped him slowly become his old self - one who loved life and loved what he did for living.
